Most religions we are familiar with have lengthy pasts, and therefore have produced many examples of art and architecture. Scientology, being so new, does not share in such a past. Religion has always used various art forms for the advancement and expansion of their beliefs. Scientology continues in this tradition by way of their production company, Golden Era.

Golden Era Productions is part of a 500 acre area referred to as “Gold Base”, which serves as the headquarters of the church. Golden Era has produced and/or distributed millions of DVDs in the past decade, as well as thousands of video and film productions.

  1. WOW! Or should I say WHOA about their production company and how state-of-the art it is – obviously there is a LOT of money behind it. Also that there was such a demand for their videos, books, movies, publications that they felt their way to reach millions was through their production company. Very smart folks!
